Resin Drain Walkway Floor Tree Grate Cover

Product Overview

Off the moulding line the resin panels come out warm, still carrying the imprint of the hole pattern. Two workers carry one 1.22 by 3.66 m sheet to the saw, where the openings are trimmed after molding, 10x10 mm for the fine anti-slip tread near a bench, 50x50 mm where leaves and grit have to drop through without clogging.

Tree pits and walkway drains are where these covers end up; light enough that one crew member lifts the panel without a hoist, and the resin body will not rust in the wet base of a pit. The line presses about 10,000 panels a month; the first 500 move on a 20-day window, beyond that settled in the order. Ten panels opens a shipment, US $1.9 to 10 each, and the pallets strap down before the container door closes.

Key Features

A resin body means the cover ignores the salt and standing water that eats a cast iron frame, and the same footprint weighs half what the foundry would have poured. Hole sizing follows the job: small openings stop a heel from catching, wider slots let debris pass. Strapped to a pallet, the panels ride the container without shifting.
