Manhole Cover and Drain Grate
Manhole Cover and Drain Grate Manufacturer for Municipal & Industrial Projects
We supply ductile iron manhole covers and frames, trench drain grates, and galvanized steel gratings for municipal infrastructure, road drainage, commercial developments, and industrial facilities. Product configurations can be specified by material, clear opening dimensions, load class, frame design, surface finish, and locking requirements.
For projects using EN 124 requirements or US project specifications, we help buyers identify suitable product designs and confirm applicable testing requirements before production. Custom dimensions, cover markings, and frame configurations are available subject to drawing review and manufacturing feasibility.

Bituminous coating: A commonly specified finish for cast iron products. Coating type and acceptance criteria should be confirmed for the selected product.
Epoxy coating: Available where specified, subject to coating system, preparation, thickness, and application requirements.
Hot-dip galvanizing: Available for suitable steel components. Applicable coating requirements should be established under ISO 1461, ASTM A123, or the project specification, as appropriate.
Stainless steel: Grades 304 or 316 may be considered for applications requiring corrosion resistance, subject to the operating environment and material suitability.
Coating thickness and acceptance criteria should be confirmed for each product and project rather than assumed to be identical across all materials and standards.
