Product Overview

Received in the receiving rack: a lot of SMC resin linear trench drain channels, each with a 200 mm clear channel, logged against the walkway drainage order.

Checked against the press record: the body is resin reinforced with glass fiber, moulded from the 1.22 by 3.66 m panel stock; hole spacing runs 10 by 10 mm on the fine tread up to 50 by 50 mm where surface water must clear.

Measured on the joint bench: each channel end is a socket push-fit, dimensioned so one length enters the next without a mortar bed; monthly moulding output stands near 10,000 pieces.

Tagged and scheduled: the opening 50 lengths clear on a seven-day release, the 51st through 200th on a 15-day window, larger batches fixed at order booking; ten pieces is the minimum release, FOB near US $10 a length.
