Passivated stainless 90-degree elbows are turned out for municipal water and drainage infrastructure projects. Grades SS304, SS316 and SS316L are held off the shelf, with ends prepared for butt weld, thread or socket weld so a municipal contractor pulls the combination the buried-line drawing calls out. The passivation bath leaves a chromium-rich surface film, which is why the buried body does not flash-rust in the crate.

A booking starts at ten pieces, and the piece price band runs from US $2 up to US $150. The bend drops a drainage channel connection, a pump-station run or a buried water line around an existing service, which is how it suits a road-cut crew working under traffic.

Key Features

SS304 covers general buried water service; SS316 steps up for coastal or chloride exposure; SS316L is the low-carbon pick for field-welded runs where the welder cannot post-heat. Butt-weld ends suit the transmission main; threaded ends the small sampling take-off; socket-weld ends the branches a fitter reaches in a chamber.

Each batch is end-capped, stenciled with the heat number, and packed in a strapped crate. The YH mark is rolled on the outer curve so it reads after burial.
