Product Overview

Stainless steel manifolds route ultrapure water around microelectronics fabs and pharma cleanrooms, branching one header into several drop points without introducing a leak path. Each unit is fabricated from tube to ASTM A312, A269 or A213, the welds pickled and passivated after the purge, and the branch holes drilled on a CNC jig so every drop sits square.

Bore coverage runs from 6mm up to 1200mm OD in four stepped bands, and a single piece is the entry - pricing between US $1,000 and $2,500 depending on length, branch count and surface finish.

Key Features

UPW loops demand a bore that will not shed ions or trap rinse water, which is why every internal weld is ground flush and electropolished where the drawing calls for it. Fabrication shops send a spool drawing, the shop nests the branches from it, and the finished header ships with a flush-plugged end and a bag wrap for the clean transport leg.

Distribution loops, utility skids and process headers all pull from the same fabrication program. One manifold can carry several branch sizes, so a fab does not have to weld up a tree in the field.
