Electropolished stainless 90-degree elbows go out to pharmaceutical fabricators building hygienic process lines. Grades SS304, SS316 and SS316L are held off the shelf, with ends prepared for butt weld, thread or socket weld so a fabricator picks the combination the sanitary drawing calls out. The electropolish pass lifts the surface roughness, so the bore wipes clean between CIP cycles without a product trap.

A grade pack clears the floor in the standard cycle, and the piece invoice runs from US $2 up to US $150. The bend lands in clean process runs, utility skids and sanitary drainage where the bore must be smooth and crevice-free.
