Product Overview

Rack aisle, clipboards, a picking list in hand. Concentric reducers - DI-TR-CR bodies, QT450-10 to ASME B16.3 - sit in bins by bore combo. The picker starts at DN20 by DN15 and walks the range upward: DN15 through DN150, same centreline both ends, no offset, no eccentric droop. A wrong combo gets kicked back to the bin; the right one goes to the carton.

Threads chased BSPT or NPT, rated Pn16 or Class 150. Build follows ISO2531, EN545 and GB/T 13295. Finish by duty: black indoors, galvanized outdoors, epoxy buried. Concentric keeps a pump suction from pocketing air - the bore steps down straight, centreline unchanged. Cartons roll to the staging table, combo labels matched to the order sheet at the pack station.

Booking a thousand pieces opens the clock: seven days up to two hundred, twelve days carries two hundred one to a thousand, twenty days reaches five thousand; beyond that, negotiated. Invoiced FOB US $0.45 to $0.65 per piece. The traveler card rides the carton, lot number logged against the mill sheet.
