Industrial and chemical yards carry corrosive fluids around the plant on flanged ductile iron 90-degree bends. The shop casts each body, machines the flange faces to ASME, and coats it black, blue or a custom colour to match the pipeline specification.
Size coverage runs DN80 up to DN2600 in a STD wall, equal bore, round flange. Once an engineer sends the flange standard and line size, the bend drops straight into the process run. A single piece books as the entry.

Flanged ends mean a crew can bolt the bend in without a welder on the shutdown window, and the ductile iron body takes the surge pressure a pump trip throws at the line.
