Product Overview
A hotel spec sheet usually calls for one visible thing at the curb: a standing hydrant a driver can spot and a crew can reach. The SS100/65 and SS150/80 models are built for exactly that - flanged in at DN100 or DN150, outlet at DN65 or DN80, body cast, shot-blasted and top-coated before it leaves the paint line.
Each unit is hydrotested in the bay, and the operator stamps the model into the flange face before crating. The line holds roughly 10,000 pieces a month. Orders start at thirty pieces; the FOB band runs US $65 to $1,000 depending on model and finish.

A flanged connection means the hydrant drops onto a prepared riser rather than being welded to it - a bolt-on job for an installation crew with a torque wrench and a gasket set.
Hotel and commercial site fire mains are the usual home for these units, sized against the inlet DN100/DN150 and outlet DN65/DN80 pair cast into the body. Crates stand upright so the stem thread rides the freight without nicking the paint.
