Product Overview

Backflow on a cold off-take line is the failure nobody wants to meet at startup, and the wafer ball check valve stops it before it starts. Bodies come in cast iron or stainless, sized DN50 to DN200, rated Pn10 and Pn16 to ANSI, with a silent seat that closes as flow reverses.

On the shop floor each seat closure is cycled on a bench rig before tagging - the ball closes, the bypass leak is measured, and the body is stamped. The first 200 pieces move on a 15-day schedule; beyond that the window is negotiated. Entry is set at a hundred pieces.

Key Features

Flanged or wafer ends let the same valve drop between pipeline flanges or bolt down as a stand-alone unit, whichever the station layout calls for. Swing, lift and wafer structures share the same silent non-return function, and soft or metal seats are matched to the medium.

Cryogenic storage off-takes, industrial loops and water lines draw from the same size bracket. The FOB point lands around US $14.49 per piece, and cast bodies go through a heat treatment step before the seat is fitted.
