Bellows-type Pressure Reducing Valve
Real Working Principle
The downstream pressure is fed through the sensing orifice in the valve stem to the control bellows, balancing against the compressed control spring. A balancing bellows cancels the internal forces from inlet/outlet pressure difference, and a graphite-reinforced PTFE bush gives two-point guiding. Result: accurate, stable regulation even under fluctuating inlet pressure.
Where to Use
Typical installations: steam supply to food processing lines (cooking, sterilization), hospital autoclaves and disinfection, textile setting machines, chemical heat-exchange systems, and air compressor stations. The valve suits water, steam, air, oxygen and nitrogen lines. Common sizes in stock: DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50 (1"–2"), threaded NPT/BSP or flanged DIN/ANSI/JIS.
What It Brings You
Adjust outlet pressure by turning the plastic hand wheel - no tools. The built-in filter mesh keeps scale and dirt from damaging the bellows, extending service life and cutting maintenance. Lightweight and compact design saves installation space. Compared with piston-type valves, the bellows design gives a tighter shut-off and less leakage, which means lower steam loss.
After-sales Service
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Within warranty, non-human damage is replaced free. We respond to inquiries within 24 hours and offer lifetime technical support.
