Cast QT500-7 ductile iron grates to EN124 C250 go out as structural cover and grille elements for sunshade and louver systems. The foundry shakes out the casting, fettles the sprue, and then machines the seat so the panel bolts square into the facade frame. The machining step is what lets the grille sit flush with the cladding without a visible gap.

An order starts at ten pieces, and the piece price runs between US $30 and US $70. A facade contractor pulls these for louver covers, ventilation grilles and external shading structures where the panel stays rigid outdoors for the life of the building.
