Product Overview

A bolted bonnet means the seal is a gasketed joint held by studs - serviceable without a full rework, which is why boiler houses and high-temperature process lines keep choosing it. The cast body is fettled, the bonnet mating faces are machined, the stem threads are cut and inspected, and the whole unit passes shell and seat tests before painting.

Pressure class Pn10 or Pn16, DN50 to DN200, flanged RF or RTJ or butt weld. Standards on the trim: GB, DIN, JIS, BSW or ANSI. Working band -10 C to +90 C.

Five pieces is the minimum order. FOB runs US $20 to $399 per valve, set by size, end standard and trim.

Key Features

Nuclear-adjacent service is paperwork-heavy: test certificates, material tracing, and a nameplate that lists heat number, pressure class and size. All of that travels with the crate rather than separately - a customs check at the port finds it without a phone call.

The bonnet studs are torqued to sequence on the bench, not by feel in the field. After the hydro test, water is blown out of the body bore, the flange faces are capped, and the valve is wrapped before crating. A manual wedge gate needs nothing but a wrench and a handwheel to run for years.
