Product Overview

Received at the incoming-inspection bench a batch of short-pattern wafer butterfly valves earmarked for water-treatment skids, grooved ends turned on the lathe before fettling.

Checked the cast body against the drawing: zero-offset single-eccentric closure, soft seat or metal seat pressed into the pocket, grooved ends turned to the ring gauge. The short face-to-face reading matches the skid gap allowance.

Measured the pressure row - Pn10 and Pn16 both proven on the hydro bench, no weep at the gland - and logged the rating plate temperature band as minus 30 C to 400 C; the YH trademark and China origin are stamped on the riveted tag.

Recorded the release schedule: five pieces is the smallest booking, and the FOB line runs US $11 to $880 per unit by bore and seat.
