The main material for manufacturing stainless steel pipe fittings is stainless steel. After cold drawing, the pipes will enter the forming process. Welding is an important process, and surface treatment is required afterwards . The main manufacturing process includes core processes such as blanking, forming, welding and heat treatment. Blanking processes include sawing, plasma cutting, laser cutting, water jet cutting and shearing. Forming processes are divided into cold forming and hot forming. Cold forming processes include stamping, spinning, roll forming and hydraulic forming. Hot forming processes include hot forging, hot pushing and hot extrusion. Welding processes include TIG welding, plasma welding, laser welding, high frequency welding and electron beam welding. Heat treatment processes include solution treatment, annealing treatment, quenching and tempering and stabilization treatment.
Key manufacturing technologies include elbow pushing technology, tee hydraulic bulging technology and precision casting technology. The process flow of elbow pushing technology is blanking, heating, pushing, shaping, heat treatment and machining. T-joint hydraulic bulging technology uses high-pressure liquid to bulge the tube blank within a mold, forming it in one step without welds, resulting in uniform wall thickness distribution and high material utilization. Precision casting technology is suitable for the integral casting of complex-shaped pipe fittings, such as investment casting, sand casting, centrifugal casting, and shell casting.
