Worm Gear Gate Valve

The worm gear knife gate valve adopts a high-quality worm gear drive structure with precision transmission components, which makes opening and closing easy and labor-saving. Compared with ordinary manual knife gate valves, it greatly reduces operation intensity and is suitable for large-diameter and high-viscosity working conditions. The valve body is precision-cast from ductile iron, cast steel or stainless steel, featuring a sturdy structure, pressure resistance and impact resistance. The blade is made of high-strength stainless steel with strong shearing force, which can easily cut impurity particles in the medium, effectively avoiding material jamming and blocking, and ensuring smooth operation of the pipeline. Equipped with EPDM soft seal or metal hard seal design, it has tight fit and zero leakage, as well as wear resistance, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for particle-containing and high-viscosity media such as slurry, ore pulp, sewage and papermaking pulp. With a compact overall design, it can adopt various connection methods such as flanged, wafer and lug types, which is easy to install. It also has good anti-scaling and self-cleaning capabilities, stable operation, maintenance-free and long service life, making it the preferred equipment for on-off control of pipelines in metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment, papermaking, chemical industry and other industries.

This product is packed in standard export packaging. It is fully wrapped with shock-proof foam and pearl cotton inside, and packed in thickened 5-layer corrugated boxes or plywood wooden cases outside, effectively preventing collision and damage during transportation.

The outer package is clearly printed with product name, model, specification, shipping marks and warning signs, conforming to sea, land and air transportation standards. Custom packaging and pallet packing are available to ensure safe delivery of goods.
