Product Overview

A manifold branch starts as a forged block and ends as a weldable tee. The equal tee runs ASTM A105, Q235 or 20# carbon steel from DN15 to DN600 at Sch40, Sch80 or Sch160 wall, each branch normalized after forging and then machined square to the ASME B16.9 outline.

Butt-weld ends are beveled on the lathe and the bevel face wire-brushed before boxing, so a fabricator welds it in without re-prep. The first hundred pieces run on a 31-day window. Entry sits at a thousand pieces; the FOB band lands US $0.8 to $1 per piece.

Key Features

Rated against Pn10, Pn16 and Pn25 per ASME B16.9, the tee is chosen for process piping where a 90-degree branch has to hold without a fitting stack. ISO and CE marked across the range, with material certificates riding the container paperwork.

Wall thickness tracks the schedule a drawing calls for - Sch40 for air, Sch80 for higher header pressure, Sch160 where the line carries the biggest duty. The heat code on each stamping is recorded before the part moves to packing.
