Product Overview
This YH marked three-way ball valve is integrally precision cast from 304 stainless steel (CF8), available in two core structures: Q44F (L-port) and Q45F (T-port). It realizes fluid switching, diversion, mixing and shut-off by rotating the ball core 90° via hand lever. Designed with three-piece body structure and raised face flanged ends for firm installation, the stainless steel body resists acid, alkali and corrosion, perfectly suited for corrosive working conditions in water treatment, chemical, oil & gas, HVAC industries. The top high-platform mounting pad allows direct retrofitting of pneumatic or electric actuators for automatic pipeline control. Featuring stable sealing, easy operation and low pressure drop, it is a widely used flow switching component for multi-channel piping systems.
Core Port Function Guide
L-Port 3 Way Ball Valve (Model Q44F): For Dual-Line Switch Only The L-shaped bore connects two perpendicular ports while fully closing the third port at one time. It is mainly used for alternate pipeline switching, tank feeding changeover and standby pump control, not applicable for fluid mixing or splitting flow.
T-Port 3 Way Ball Valve (Model Q45F): For Mixing & Diversion Application The T-shaped bore supports three working modes: all three ports open, any two ports connected with the third shut down. It can split single inlet flow into two outlets or combine two incoming fluids into one outlet, ideal for hot & cold medium blending, bypass circulation and multi-stream material distribution processes.
